Deposits
Bookings will not be confirmed unless the deposit of £200 has been paid. This deposit will be deducted from your account on the day, or forfeited if notice of cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. Alternatively, deposits may be transferred to another date with 4 full weeks’ notice.
Payment
Unless other arrangements have been made with the Secretary prior to the day of play, accounts must be settled on that day direct to the House Manager. Any account you have with the Professional must be settled with him direct.
Any members playing in societies will not pay the green fee element of the package. However, all those other than members will pay the full package price and there will be no option to sign guests in at members’ rates as societies are classed as external functions.
